Privacy Policy

Music Remover: Video & Voice ("the App") is published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we handle the audio and video you process, and the limited data we store. In short: the file you submit is uploaded over a secure connection, separated by our AI, returned to you, and then deleted within 24 hours. We never use your content to train models.
1. Audio & Video You Process
- Cloud processing. Separation runs on secure cloud infrastructure, not on your device. When you start a job, the App uploads your file over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection so our AI can split it into voice and music stems.
- Automatic deletion within 24 hours. Your uploaded source file and the processed results are automatically deleted from our processing infrastructure within 24 hours of the job.
- Never used for training. We do not use your audio, video, or results to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine-learning model.
- No human review. Your files are processed automatically. We do not listen to, review, sell, or share the content of your recordings.
- Your copy stays yours. The downloaded result lives in the App on your iPhone until you delete it or remove the App. If you share a result via the iOS share sheet (Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, etc.), you control where it goes.
2. Data We Store Locally
- Job history: References to your processed files, the mode used (Remove Music / Karaoke), durations, and timestamps. Stored locally on your device via SwiftData.
- Preferences: Default mode, default export format, and theme.
- Free-preview counter: A local count of how many free previews you have used, to apply the free-tier limit.
- Purchase status: Subscription state is managed by Apple's StoreKit and cached locally to unlock Premium features.
3. Permissions We Request
- Photo Library (read-only): Only when you choose to import a video clip. We access only the clip you select via the iOS PhotosPicker — we do not enumerate or scan your library.
- Files / iCloud Drive: Only the audio file you explicitly pick is imported into the App for processing.
- Notifications (optional): Used only to let you know when a job has finished processing. You can disable them in iOS Settings at any time.
The App does not use your microphone and does not record audio. You bring your own files.
4. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: Manages subscriptions and purchases. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Cloud processing infrastructure: We use third-party cloud hosting and AI-inference providers to upload, store transiently, and separate your files. Files are encrypted in transit, retained for no more than 24 hours, and are not used for training.
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs): Used only to deliver the optional "job finished" notification. The notification does not contain your audio.
The App contains no advertising and no third-party ad or analytics trackers. We do not sell your data.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Uploads use a time-limited, pre-signed URL and travel over an encrypted (HTTPS / TLS) connection.
- Source files and results are held only as long as needed to deliver your result, and in no case longer than 24 hours.
- Job history, preferences, and the preview counter are stored locally on your device.
- Purchase verification uses Apple's secure StoreKit framework.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your audio, video, or results with any third party except the cloud processing infrastructure strictly necessary to perform the separation you requested. That infrastructure is bound to delete your content within 24 hours and is not permitted to train on it.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete individual jobs from the History tab inside the App
- Delete the App to remove all local history and preferences
- Disable Notifications from iOS Settings at any time
- Request information about data handling by contacting us at privacy@bulpara.com
8. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
